The Mn Kα doublet measured with two Germanium NTD thermistors coupled to Tin absorbers. The best results have been obtained with Tin absorbers (about 250x250x25 μm3). | HOLMES prototype microcalorimeter with ΔEFWHM=4.5±0.1eV. The TES is coupled to a Au absorber (200x200x2 μm3). The dectors are read-out by microwave multiplexing. |
